Don't procrastinate

We all are slaves of time. Laziness is a very big trouble in today's life. We feel like spending a few more minutes in bed or pile up laundry. All this is fine at times but when small bad habits like this continue  for a longer period, it leads to bigger disasters. For example, when a school kid decides to procrastinate his school project till the day before the deadline, he'll be at huge stress on the last day, he'd decide to spend hours through the whole night to complete the project , but will it be perfect ? Nope. When we pile our work up we are simultaneously building up stress. As days pass, this becomes a regular thing, a bad habit. Once we get used to procrastinating our daily tasks, we become lazy. It affects our work, everyone and everything around us.
Doing our day to day deeds will certainly help us on the longer run. So let's stop procrastinating.

Don't break routine

How do you feel when someone close to you or someone you've  know for some years now, sailing on the same boat as you are, gets a better job, buys a new flat or a brand new car while you are still stuck with your debts or your struggle to achieve monthly targets.
We keep wondering how they made it possible, start worrying about our present situation and get stressed. However, we don't think about the behind-the-screen tasks they've done. A simple truth behind their achievements is that  They don't break their routine.
Body cycle enhances:
When we start following a continuous routine our whole body cycle resets itself for good.
Beginning with waking up without the first snooze of our alarm.
A good break to our whole night fast.
Reaching school/college/uni/workplace on time.
Exercising at scheduled times.
Time with family.
A good night's sleep.

The above are few basic points that should play a major role in our routine.
When we break our daily routine, we begin to procrastinate a lot. Our tasks keep piling up and stress builds up. Something we don't want for our lives.
So let's make it simple and clear, let's not break our daily routine.
